So what’s this missing thing? What is missing is the opposite of what you’re experiencing which at some level is uncomfortable.

For example:

If you’re experiencing stress and anxiety, you’re missing discernment, balance and/or mind control.

If you’re experiencing boredom, then you’re missing purpose and/or connection.


If you’re experiencing a lack of productivity, then you’re missing focus and/or purpose.

If you’re experiencing agitation, you’re missing peacefulness.

Another way of putting it, if you would like to enhance your balance, purpose, connection, focus, productivity and peacefulness, then I’d like to help.

I mainly work one to one with people. Of those, about 70% own their own businesses, 20% are in management for larger organisations and the rest are at different stages of employment. I have worked with younger people and retirees, however, most are between 28 and 55 years of age.

I offer workplace workshops and retreats that are typically requested from existing clients but welcome new enquiries.
