How it works
Each of my clients receives a personalised service tailored to their unique needs, so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
That said, there are common areas we assess and address, such as:
We focus on what will help you regain clarity and direction, rebuild your confidence both personally and as a business leader, and identify actionable steps to take control—whether that’s how you respond to challenges and successes or how you manage your time.
With over 20 years of experience, I help business owners shift from feeling overwhelmed and out of control to confidently making decisions and leading with purpose, ensuring they’re in full command of their business and their future.

My method
Initial Meeting
Before we work together, we need a chance to get to know each other. It’s important that I believe my work will help you, and it’s also important that you’re comfortable with me. Accordingly, the first step is an initial meeting so I can learn about your situation and what you’re working on, and you can learn more about me.
Scope of Works
Following our initial meeting, we’ll decide if we mutually think there is benefit from working together. If so, a Scope of Works document will be prepared outlining what we’ll work on, what outcomes we’re looking to achieve, the timeframe we are working toward and a full disclosure of fees. This guides our path to your development.
Stage One
Stage One is where we assess your personality preferences and values, and how these are being used, or compromised. We’ll also look at how to help you be less reactive to what irritates you, and have you operating from a place of composure and clarity. Within about 4 months you’ll have an impressive understanding of your deeper needs which will guide your vision for the future.
Stage Two
Stage Two is completely optional and simply a continuing coaching and mentoring option for those who like further support once we complete Stage One. Many people choose this for a few months to make sure they execute the changes they wish and don’t fall back to old habits.
Completion
Once we have completed our objectives it’s time for you to move on. You’ll remember the key themes and insights we identified during our time together and will use them in every part of your life. The deepest insights you will remember forever and they will become a central platform for guiding your future decisions.
